Fridays Food intake

Breakfast pure protein bar Lunch Cottage cheese with pineapple Dinner 1 piece of perogi pizza..only ate the mashed tator part snack carnation instant breakfast drink protein needed more fluid..needed more vits got em Mood...pretty good although i didnt get dressed all day

Hi Deb: Here is my intake for yesterday...Breakfast...Unjury protein drink made with low fat vanilla soy milk....snack 1/2 slice of Miltons whole wheat bread with 1 teaspoon of peanut butter...Lunch left over chopped salad with bacon bits, chicken, blue cheese, sliced hard boiled egg...tossed with dressing...about 1/2 cup....dinner....salmon, baked eggplant, mexican squash...very small amount, snack some roasted peanuts, desert, sugar free rice pudding...vitamins yes, water about 80 oz....mood so so, had to baby sit for our grand daughter and she was not minding that hot...and Mom does not believe in spanking...plus they slept over...as Mom worked today...lucky us.......all in all the food intake was good, enough protein.... today I had : 1/2 piece of toasted wheat bread with I cant believe it not butter spray and fat free sugar free strawberry preserves. 1 scrambled egg with a piece of cheese. 1 carne asada soft taco (about 3T steak, 1 soft taco size tortilla) 1/2 mini deep dish lean cusean pizza (did not eat outter crust) 6oz orange juice 2 string cheese i SOOOOOO need to get more protein in.. working on my water for the day still.
