Vick, Your day looks pretty much like mine. I would suggest reading the posts "food intake". Everyone posts their meals there and that might help you also. I just found a new thing at walmart...its breakstone cottage cheese doubles and they have a fruit on the side...the fruit is jelled and sweet..and its only 130 calories. I eat one a day. I forget the protein..i think 7.

Zone Perfect drink or bar for breakfast [19 g protein] usually tuna for lunch [20g protein] hamburger, or lean cuisine for dinner [try the new lean cuisine panini sandwichs, delicious and 20 g of protein] sometimes soups, salads, fajita, light popcorn for regularity, just normal stuff- keeping it at 4 oz Hope it helps you, good luck

Vickie, one of my favorite breakfast meals is Go Lean cereal, made by Ka****here are two versions, regular Go Lean, and Go Lean Crunch. I like them both. They have lots of soy protein in them, and satisfy a carb craving at breakfast. Sheryl

If there is a Captain D's in your area, stop in and have a broiled fish. $1.09 I eat a lot of chicken salid, tuna salid, stews, chilli's etc.

I eat all kinds of things, let's see some things are: *Lentil bean soup with bacon in it. *Fideo (mexican soup of noodles and tomatoes and I add in bits of ham for protein) *Chopped up shrimp in ****tail sauce and soybeans on the side. (I'm addicted to soybeans, a very good protein source and healthy snack). *1/2 tuna sandwich with about 3 baked Lay's chips or Soy and Flaxseed Chips available at Trader Joe's and taste just like tortilla chips. *1/2 grilled cheese sandwich with chips mentioned. *Some varieties of chinese food. *Frozen meals, small portions (lean cuisines, smart ones, etc.) *Chicken nuggets. *Imitation Crab meat and bits of walnuts mixed with Newman's Light Raspberry and Walnut Dressing (I think that's the name). yummy! It satisfies my sweet tooth. Sometimes I add in raisins as well. These seem to be my staples, hope this helps! Try that last one if you like imitation crab meat, it's one of my favorites. Are you sensitive to foods? Or are you able to eat lots of different things? I've noticed that I just have to stay away from red meat and really greasy foods. Good luck!! Angela
