I was on MSN.com and they have a calorie calculater!
At my weight of 229 lbs. this is what a "CAN" burn in a day...
Sitting at my desk for 8 hours 1088
Cooking for 30 minutes 131
Cleaning for 45 minutes 196
Circuit Training for 1 hour 833
Lifting for 20 minutes 156
So Total I can burn: 2404 Calories!!
That's not to mention the calories you burn when you leep, and walk, and breath!
So if you think you are getting to much calories, guess what your not. I get 800 a day and I burn more than that just sitting at my desk all day!
