Lunch-4 oz turkey breast, 1/2 cup green bean casserole, 1/2 cup corn
Dinner-1 chicken breast, blackened using broth instead of butter, 2 cups broccoli, 1 cup mushrooms (also blackened in broth), 4 tiny garlic crustinis
Snack-hershey's 1 gm sugar carb dark chocolatey candy (1.1 oz bar)
Vits?-yes...even iron
Protein? 894 calories, 91 gms protein
Fluid? 40 so far...will have another 24 before bed

Did you exercise?-yes. 30 minutes at Curves, 1 hr lap swim (1 mile), 60 crunches.

292/235/160 (but if I get this low I will probably keep going...130-140 sounds better...just not sure if I can do it....my doc's goal is 177, or 70% of my excess weight.

I am 2 months out from surgery and am happy with how everything is going. I still am very careful about what food I can eat.

Breakfast: Warmed AchievOne. 1/2 English muffin with feta cheese.
Snack: 1 Tablespoon of peanut butter from the spoon.
Lunch: The rest of the salad I had yesterday. It was all marinated and delicious. Carrots, cabbage, radishes and broccoli with low fat sesame ginger dressing. Still really crunchy. I chewed VERY well.
OH! I ate my lunch at 2:30 because I was at the gym today for my first assessment and workout. Semper Fit (the Marine Corps' fitness program for Marines and civilians) is so cool. I did a mile on the treadmill. Did some arm weights. I did some yoga stretching that the instructor showed me how to do. How cool is it that I walked a mile at a 2.7 pace and didn't get out of breath?
Snack: a few peanuts.
Dinner: Tiny piece of beef pot roast, roasted carrot. Leftover cooked broccoli.
Snack: SF wafer cookie
Got 32 ounces of fluids in.
