dinner-4 oven baked cheese and garlic crustini's (tiny little toasts) w/2 slices heathy choice roast beef, 1 oz of reduced fat swiss, 1 can matzo ball soup
snack-1 cup ff milk w/1 scoop choc Unjury
water-not even close. I really need to work on this
vits-yep...even remembered the iron.
exercise-Curves, .85 mile lap swim, 45 minute water aerobics.

WoW!!!!! all I did was eat all day.
Did not get my protien in and forgot my vitamins.
But I did exercise
