Take what you have lost and divide it by your highest weight. Then move the decimals 2 spaces to the right. Mine is 18.9% (74lb / 392= .18876) I rounded up, sounds better than 18.876% Have a great day, Deb

Thanks to Amber's help ( lol ) cause I can't do math ( lol ) I have lost 22% ...BUT, 292 wasn't my heighest weight, 310 was. So I have no clue now...lol I'm a Blonde, can you tell??? Erin 292/229/130

Hi...Deb...thanks for the feed back on the percent of weight we lost...it would be fun to post how many pounds we have lost as a group OCTOBER...and it will amaze us...do you want to do the post? and beside the pounds lost put our percent...cool October people...Cool...Dennis....oh, take another two pounds off for me...down 242.6...Love you guys...

I'm at 20.4% since the surgery. If I count what I lost to have the surgery I'm at 25.2%. I like statistics. My dh says that is all I ever journal about. -Dawn 261/195/125
