I was jus****ching the Biggest Looser special on TV and thought it would be interesting to know what percentage we have lost of out starting weight. Mine is 18.9% (74lb / 392= .18876) Cool!!! Deb 392/318/180

Deb how do you do the math to get to the percent...high weight of 285...down to 244...total lost at this point is 41 pounds? so what is my percentage? Not sure how you are doing your math...and math is not my bag...thanks Dennis

WTG Dennis You've lost 15%. I took your current weight 244 and divided it by your starting weight 285 and the result was 85 and subtracted 85 from 100 to know the % of weight lost. Have a Blessed day, Amber

Amber I am confused. I took 292 diveded by 229 and got 1.27. that isn't right...lol..HELP ME!

Take your pounds lost and divide them by your starting weight: 63/292 = 21.5%!!! YOU GO GIRL!!!

Subtract your current weight from your starting weight and then divide the answer (which is the total you've lost) by your starting weight.

Hi Deb, Congratulations on doing so well! My % is 29 if you take my highest weight of 308.5 but my % is 16 if you use the weight I started pursing wls which was 259 and my current weight is 220.
