We all have decided to get back on the band wagon and do what should be done. As you know eating right and exercise are esential for us to keep it off. For the last few days what have you done for exercise? For me Friday I did circut training at the gym.(I love Fitlinks) Saturday Walked to Lowes (1.5 miles) Rested then came home,(3 miles total) Sunday and Monday Totally LAZY Tusday circut training at the gym with .5 miles walk on the Tredmill. Common every body we can get back on track. What works for you? Post IT. Deb 382/318/180

I do Curves 3-4 times a week and do a workout video on my off days. I like the walk away the pounds tapes. Miss Jane 296/237.8/150 goal

I too have been going to my gym 5-6 times a week for 45 mins to an hour. What works for me is focusing on the future and listening to my music or a good TV show! I think increasing my protein (via shakes) has also given me a nice boost of energy. Vi

My exercise routine is somewhat messed up right now because of my son's winter break. Tony Little Gazelle Power Plus was all I was doing. Now that he's back in school, I'm going to do Curves 3x/week, and the YMCA 2-4x/week for 1 mile lap swim, and whatever else strikes my fancy. As of the end of January, I am switching over to the YWCA, which is cheaper, but only has 1 pool. Plus I'm still going to use my Gazelle on the weekends or when I'm feeling extra motivated. At Curves I joined the "Survivor Challenge", so if I don't go a minimum of 3x/week, I can get kicked off the island unless I show up on immunity Saturdays. It's a team challenge and I'm looking forward to meeting new people in the area. That's why I joined Curves. I don't think it's a better workout than the nautilus, but I like the environment more. I like the idea of exercise as a social activity. Today I did 1/2 hr at Curves, 45 minute lap swim (ran out of time-usually do 1 hr) 62 laps for a total of .85 miles, 45 minutes water aerobics. Hi Deb, Thanks for making an accountability post, I really need this right now as I am just starting to find my niche'. On Monday, I did WATP and did 2 miles in 30 minutes. Tuesday, I let my migraine win and didn't exercise. Yesterday, I did WATP express walk which is 2 miles in 30 minutes and then I did the WATP Walk and Jog 2.5 miles in 30 minutes. I can't wait until 14 January 2006 so I can begin the Discovery Health Challenge and go to Bally's for eight weeks free and try some classes and start using weight machines. Have a Blessed day, Amber 308.5 (highest) / 238.5 (DOS) / 220 (now) / 150 (Dr's goal) / fit and curvy is my goal
