...I had a wonderful dinner that my dear wife cooked.. Broiled salmon cooked on the Foreman Grill...about 4 oz... baked eggplant cooked in V-8 juice and a tiny bit of grated cheese on it...some baked Green Mexican Squash...a few slices....also broiled red and yellow peppers...the plate looked very good and the food was wonderful...and a lot of protein in the salmon which goes down really well...I also cheated and had a bite of steak...yes twinnie I cheated...smallllllll bite..and mushed it...in my mouth...I think it is important that the food looks good and we can taste a few bites and be grateful that we are full...I really loved the salmon....so

...we can do this...lets make some good choices and do this...for desert...sugar-free small vanilla pudding...my treat....
