Bad day I ran out of the house without my lunch. Had to make do with what I could get at the canteen and from a friend. Good thing I had a couple of shakes in the refrige at work.
I did not get my protien or water in, about the only thing I did right was exercise. I went to the gym after work and did some circut training. I also signed up for water arobics two nights a week at the local community collage.
I WILL do better tomarrow!!!!!!!!

late breakfast/early lunch-grilled chix salad with lowfat italian dressing and crutons (bought last night at MCD's)
midafternoon snack-4 oz egg salad (sooo fattening, but I had such an urge. I haven't had egg salad in YEARS. Why today???)
dinner-2 boca burger patties w/lowfat cheese, 1/2 cup garlic mashed potatoes.
vits-forgot iron again
exercise-gazelle. My son goes back to school tomorrow and I'm going to go to Curves and to try the YWCA. It's much cheaper than the YMCA, and I won't have to give up the big pool for my lap swimming. Someday soon I'll figure out a permanent exercise routine again.....

Here's my Tuesday food report.
Breakfast: AchievOne Cappuccino warmed. Even yummier!
Chevre goat cheese on apple slices.
Snack: Satsuma tangerine
Lunch: Almond butter on 1/2 slice dark winter wheat bread toasted.
Snack: about 10 almonds (I guess it's an almond kinda day today)
A cup of chicken broth.
Dinner: Cabbage, carrots, onions stewed with beef hot dogs and cheddar cheese. We call it Hobo Stew. I drink a lot of the broth with it and eat maybe 1/2 hot dog and more veggies.
Snack: 1/2 SF Jello Caramel pudding with added calcium. Really good!
I'm still bad with liquids, getting in maybe 32 oz. Did good on exercise, though, and enrolled in the Marine Base's Wellness program. They'll allow me to exercise for lunch in the Marines' gym.
