How do you feel about yourself today? Good, i cleaned my entire room top to bottom and swept and did baseboards, lots of bending and 6 loads of laundry.

I've had all my liquids, but will probably have another protein shake before bed.
Hi everybody! I'm back from vacation. We had Monday on the road, driving to So. Cal. from Eureka - way up north. I did all right for my road trip, though. Ate great the entire vacation.
B: Scrambled eggs with sausage and spinach scrambled in. I ate off my son's plate. I managed about a tablespoon. By the way, the idjits at Pea Soup Anderson's would not let me choose off the children's menu .
S: AchievOne Cappuccino. This is really yummy.
L: Chevre Goat Cheese with 3 rice/almond crackers.
S: Beef Jerky and wasabi peas.
D: 1/2 In-N-Out protein style (no bread-burger in lettuce leaves) cheeseburger.
When we got home, 9 pm: 6 shrimp with ****tail sauce.
It's good to be home! My in-laws have dial-up and it was so slow I couldn't even look at the pages.
