Suggestions for Cold/Sinus meds?

Does anyone have any suggestions about what we can take for colds/stuffiness/sinuses? I have a list but am wondering what has worked for others?

Tylenol cold. It's awesome. I'm using it now.

Tylenol Cold and Flu They have a daytime and a nighttime formula. Just be careful because I was taking 1/2 a dose and it worked fine and then I took a WHOLE dose (twice in one day) and I got the runs, but it could have been a coincidence? Wasn't sure if it was just too much sucrose for me in one day? Vi
