Dennis, I love cooking so I am constantly reinventing recipes that will fit into my new life. I like to a dish similiar to chili, but not spicy hot. Cook ground beef, with some chopped onion, celery and diced pepper (red or green,I prefer red). I drain off any grease and add a can of chopped tomatoes with the juice. Then I add a can of black beans, and white beans, and can of mushrooms. Add salt and pepper to your taste. You can also add chopped garlic and what ever spices you may like. I put cajun seasoning in, it adds taste without a lot of heat. The beef and the beans are high in protein. The tomatoes help keep it moist so it is easy to eat. Adjust the amounts by how much ground beef, I am sure you can use ground turkey or chicken if you'd like. I put about 1/2 cup into small containers and freeze so I have one serving ready to go to work with me. Hope you get lots of good recipes to share. Mary L

Here is one, it is not original - I got it off the main message board Deep Dish Pizza 4 oz cream cheese 1/3 C cream or milk sub (I used skim milk) 1/4 C grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp oregano or so 1/4 tsp garlic powder (more if you love garlic) 2 C mixed Italian cheese (I didn't have any and used mozz) 1/2 C sugar free pizza sauce (Ragu makes one) 1 C mozzarella pizza toppings of your choice- peppronie, ham, veggies etc additional cheese for the top pre heat oven to 375 Beat together cream cheese and eggs until smooth; ADD: cream, parm and spices, mix again Spray 9x 13 pan with Pam, sprinkle 2 cups of cheese into dish and pour egg mixture over. Bake at 375 for about 15 min and let stand 5 min. Spread on pizza sauce and toppings top last with cheese bake about 20 minutes - until bubbly and browning; allow to stand 10 minites before cutting. enjoy - Ann
