What is your goal for 1 month from now
Thanks Deb for the extra push, I am one of the ones that need an extra reminder now when life seems so overwhelming.
I want to be in Onderland next month which means I need to lose 21 lbs.
I also want to work out at least 6 days a week for an hour a day.
