What is your goal for 1 month from now
Hmmmm... I guess I'll make my goal to lose 13 lbs and be at 272... this way I'll have a BMI of 39 which means I will be under 40 finally....yaaaay!
My other goal is to keep working out 5-6 times a week like I did this week and to look forward to the gym like I used to a couple of years ago when I never liked to miss a day!

My goal is 290. I can't even begin to remember being that weight. I'm down to 307 from 378 in Sept. I was 370 the day of my surgery. I had about a 2 week stall, and then this past week I started losing like crazy. I'm losing 1-3 pounds a day. It's unbelievable. I didn't hit my goal of 299 by Jan 1, but I think I can hit 290 by Feb 1.

Deb my goal is to be 178lbs by Feb 1st thats like 6lbs away. But I am losing so slow, I might not make it. But I'll try my best...
I also want to go at least 4 times a week to the gym, no less than that...
I also want to stop eating things I shouldn't.
We should save this post and come back to it on February 1st and see if we made it...that would be fun...and we can do this every month..!!
