What is your goal for 1 month from now

Hmmmm... I guess I'll make my goal to lose 13 lbs and be at 272... this way I'll have a BMI of 39 which means I will be under 40 finally....yaaaay! My other goal is to keep working out 5-6 times a week like I did this week and to look forward to the gym like I used to a couple of years ago when I never liked to miss a day! Vi

My goal is 290. I can't even begin to remember being that weight. I'm down to 307 from 378 in Sept. I was 370 the day of my surgery. I had about a 2 week stall, and then this past week I started losing like crazy. I'm losing 1-3 pounds a day. It's unbelievable. I didn't hit my goal of 299 by Jan 1, but I think I can hit 290 by Feb 1. Carol

My goal is to be 245 by Feb 1st. I am not going to put my goal too high in case I don't make it. I don't want to be disappointed. I guess I'm still having fears about this not working for me. Fran

My goal is to be 198 by Feb 1....so thats..lets see *calculates* 22 lbs for me I...I think if I get my butt to the gym and up my protein I can make it...I've only been 198 once in my life and that was when I was 18..I'm 24 now so this whole journey is very thrilling for me

My goal would be 290. Thats 20 lbs per doctors scale last week. Just to be below 300 again will be a blessing.

I would love to be at 199.....that's about 20-22 pounds for me. But if not in a month, then hopefully by Valentines Day!

My goal is to be at 225 by 1/25/06, the day I go to disney. There's no way it's going to happen. I've been stuck at 238/239 for over a week, so unless something starts happening SOON, I won't make my goal. I hate failure! I'm going to work out like crazy the next few weeks. Sheryl

My goal is to be under 200 by Feb 1st, so that's 11 lbs for me! I think I can do it if I work it a little harder than I have been!

Deb my goal is to be 178lbs by Feb 1st thats like 6lbs away. But I am losing so slow, I might not make it. But I'll try my best... I also want to go at least 4 times a week to the gym, no less than that... I also want to stop eating things I shouldn't. We should save this post and come back to it on February 1st and see if we made it...that would be fun...and we can do this every month..!!
