What is your goal for 1 month from now
My goal is to be 299 by Feb. 1 (Jan. 26 rather because I go back to the surgeon) as well. That puts me having to loose 15 pounds. I have to go back to the fluids and the protein big time but I noticed when I added in some carbs (more than normal) I lost weight. Hmmmm I guess I'm still trying to figure my body out! My doctor wants me on a "super adtkins" which can be a little difficult but oh well such as life!!!!!!!! I guess we'll be working hard to get in the 2's...............WE CAN DO THIS!!! Take care!

My losses have only been 16 pounds for Nov. and 9 pounds for December. I'm a little scared to make goals, since I have been doing so blah with the scale, despite my efforts.
I am 235 today and would like to be 225, at the least, by the 22nd (leaving for a cruise) and ideally 220 by Feb. 1st to make it 15 in a month. I really hope the 9-10 pounds a month is not what I am looking at as a max. for me. At that rate, this is going to take forver! (And that's assuming I have no plateaus or slowing down periods)
I think I should have no problem losing on the cruise since I still can't eat over 3 solid ounces, and they have a variety of stuff I can eat. Plus, I will bring some protein powder to supplement. Also, I will probably be walking more than my average day now. It would be nice to come back from a vacation weighing less!
