Time to buckle down

Cmon everyone. We (I) been kinda lax the last 2 weeks with the holidays and its time to get back on track. Protein Protein Protein. Water Water Water. So many of us complain how the weight isnt coming off as fast as we want yet I know I can think of many times where I could of walked, could of added some protein, but didnt. Lets all pull together and see what we can do for the next 2 weeks. Lets make a minimum of 64 ounces of water and minimum 60 grams of protein. (enless your doc telled ya different) We can do this. I am going to the gym to do cardio tonight. What are you gonna do?

I agree I have been doing ok this last week in the walking, but I need to up the exercise and Protien bad. I have only been to the gym once in the last month. And walking alone will not do it. The funny thing is I have been on a plateu for 2 weeks and Yesterday I ate horrible stuff, mashed potatoes and chips, etc. and this morning I had lost 2 lb. Thats strainge! Lets get back on track. I havent even stepped on the scale in 2 weeks!!! Im afraid of what it is going to say haah!!!

Hi Deb...thanks for the postive post and feed back...throw out all the junk in the house also..candy, chips...whatever you have that you don't want...toss it....and lets start the New Year right.....We can do this....and we will.... Dennis
