Mine is to work up to walking a mini marethon. There is one localy in OCT and I think I can do it. All I have to do is increase my walking a little each month.
I am at a little over 2 miles now. I have a long ways to go.

Dont you dare put down 2 miles. At your weight that is great!!!You should be very proud!! Take it a step at a time and I know at 368 I couldnt of ever walked 2 miles..and even at 322 now..i dont think i could.

I am also going to do a mini marathon this year..I think it is in October as well..I am super excited!!! Do you walk on a treadmill or at home? I go to the YMCA and I really enjoy it a lot...you are doing great with your weight loss...Congrats....
