Breakfast: slice low-carb bread, 1 oz. low fat cheese, tomato slice Lunch: 1/2 cup bean salad (beans, feta, cucumbers, tomatoes, dressing) Dinner: 4 oz. yogurt, protien drink (protica) Snack: 1 serving soy crisps Calories: 600 Protein: 59g Water: 64 oz. Tomorrow will be my 2 month anniversary and I'm down just 25 since my day of surgery (15 first month, 10 this month). I'm eating what my nutritionist recommends, getting protein, water and exercise. There are people who don't exercise, don't get all their water, eat more than me, or weighed less than me at the time of surgery and are still kicking my butt in the loss department. I know I shouldn't compare, but what's up?? My nutritionist is not too concerned yet, but this is nuts. I haven't lost at all in a week now. I feel like I'm already slowing down and I'm not even close to goal. Argh! OK, stress-out over. Brenda 273/261 (surgery day)/236/150

Okay....there's no way around this. I was BAD yesterday. We are in Chicago again (for 4 days this time) and eating out every meal again. Friday was bad....today is going to be worse. We are going out to lunch and to 2 new years parties. Sunday we are going to a sports bar to watch Iowa win their bowl game with our friends and I cringe to think of all the food there. Man alive...I will be soooo happy to get back to Iowa. breakfast-none lunch-salad bar from Chuck e Cheese (ff dressing, but added eggs, bacon bits, sunflower seeds, and cheese for protein), 1.25 pieces of pizza (oops) late afternoon snack-toasted multigrain bagel w/cream cheese and 2 oz lox. late dinner (about 10 pm)-cup of chili, santa fe salad w/avacado ranch dressing 1318 calories, 69 gms protein vits-yes...even remembered the iron exercise-chasing kids at Chuck E Cheese? Wow... Im glad to see Im not the only one who can eat alot!!!!! I didnt do too good yesterday but went to the 99 restaurant and ate almost a WHOLE Double Iceburg Wedge Bleu Cheese salad and hald of a small french fry.... I am able to eat BIG bowls of salad and my fav. breakfast thing has been a WHOLE can of canned peaches.... but give me anything really heavy (pasta and such) and I can barely eat any of it. I think this board is great... I am going to come here more often. It gives you a great comparison to where you should (or shouldnt lol) be....
