dinner-naked steak burrito from Qdoba w/no rice, pinto and black beans, cheese, lite sour cream, guac, and salsa verde. 3 bites of flour tortilla
(normally I wouldn't eat this much at 1 sitting, but I didn't eat all day and then was ravenous. I finished the whole thing....I still can't believe it. I guess this is why we're not supposed to skip meals?)
snack- 1/2 cup lite egg nog (ff milk is expired) w/1 scoop unflavored unjury.
fluid-40 oz water, 16 oz welch's low cal apple cranberry juice drink (has anyone tried this...it's soooo good and only 15 cals/cup and 3 gms sugar!), 4 oz egg nog for a total of 60 oz.
vits-forgot all of them this morning. I will take 2nd half before bed.
protein- 936 calories, 68 gms of protein (this is low for me, but I don't want any more cals for the day)
exercise-35 minutes on my gazelle.

Breakfast: weight control oatmeal with 1/2 scoop protein powder
Lunch: bean salad (kidney beans, feta, tomatoes, cucumbers)
Dinner: fake meatballs w/ spoonful of ricotta and pasta sauce - 3 oz.
Snack: the last sugar-free Christmas cookie (thank god), profect protein vial (100 calories, 0 carbs, 0 sugar, 25g protein)
fluid? 70 oz. (I was up a pound yesterday and my water yesterday wasn't great, so I'm trying to be above 64 oz. a day if I can. Last night I fel****erlogged!)
