Christmas day intake post it

breakfast: 6 bites of egg casserole..half of a bisquit with low sugar jelly lunch a TBS of potato salad, insides of a deviled egg, 3 chips Dinner Ham and cheese with ff mayo rollup and 4 cubes of cheese 1 chocolate chip cookie...it went down so easy. no dumping or anything. Was good..almost wi**** wouldnt of. Snack...skim milk

Hey girl i'm with you on the cookie and not dumping I ate 2 chocolate covered cashews and a few bites of cheese cake no dumping here either and that sucks cause that was my saftey thought now I have to use will power. but i ate today. Breakfast- bowl of weight control oatmeal Lunch - 5 crackers with cream cheese and dry beef cheese ball on them low only 10 carbs for 5 crackers Dinner - Turkey and gravy , GB casserole , mashed sweet potatoes . mac n cheese, and few bites of cheese cake a tablespoon of each. snack 2 chocolate covered cashews ( bad me) Marcey 255/215/150

I've been having a rough time eating the past couple of days (hope it's not a sticture). Breakfast: Vanilla Cinnamon Protein drink, made with Soy Milk. Lunch: 3 tablespoons of cottage cheese, 1 saltine cracker. Dinner: 3 or 4 bites of ham, a bite of brocolli w/ cheese sauce, 1/2 biscuit. After dinner: Chocolate Protein shake with tablespoon of peanut butter blended in. ~Nonna 317/264/??

LUNCH: wing two slices of ham spoonful of cabbage DINNER: wing two slices of ham two spoonfuls of jambalya two spponsfuls of dressing with cranberry sauce Yeah I know I ate too much but it took me a while to get the food down

The day started out good........................... BF - 4 oz carb control yogurt morning snack, about 3 oz low fat cottage cheese lunch - dang bag of chex mix staring me down, ate about 1/4 cup, ruined my appetite for lunch afternoon snack- slice of deli turkey and provolone cheese dinner - baked ham (few bites), 2 small bites of corn casserole, 2 small bites of cornbread stuffing late night-about to go to bed-ate a handful of the stupid chex mix again - don't even know why!!! Went to bed mad at myself and tummy not happy - way too many carbs today!!! But this morning is a new day, with renewed determination to make the right choices like I have been these 10 weeks!!!! I am drinking a protein shake made with vanilla isopure, skim milk, crushed ice, half teaspoon of instant cappuchinno (sp) powder, 1/2 tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder and splenda. MEGA YUMMY!!! Today WILL be a better day!!! Much love to all, Carol V
