Thursday food intake...post it
breakfast-none
lunch-husbands company Christmas party....not a lot to choose from 1/4 cup corn, 1/2 cup fresh fruit, 3oz? ham, 1 small piece broasted chicken with skin removed
dinner-2 oz roast beef, 3 oz lowfat swiss, 2 slices toasted sourdough
liquids-about 46 so far
protein- 88 grams
exercise- 1/2 hr at curves.
Vits-yes

52 lbs gone bye-bye! I'm on a losing streak! 5 lbs in 4 days!
Breakfast - 1/2 cheerios & 1/4 cup carb countdown milk
snack - protein shake w/ 1 cup carb countdown milk
Lunch - part of rice, chicken & bean burrito - no tortilla
snack - 4 cookies (unfortunatly they don't make me sick)
Dinner - a couple bites of eggs
liquid - about 50 ounces
vits - all but calcium, I always forget to take it before bed.
exercise - 1 hour on elliptical & 20 minutes of swimming
Breakfast: 4 oz prune juice.
A few spoons full of Lower Sugar Apple-Cinnamon Oatmeal. I just can't do breakfast some mornings.
Snack: 1/4 vanilla Power Crunch Bar
Lunch: A little bit of spinach salad with blue cheese and pecans.
Snack: Chicken broth
Dinner: In-N-Out Burger. My 19-year-old son came home from the Air Force for Christmas Exodus last night. He's been dreaming of his favorite burger and fries. I made the best choice I could. I had a protein style cheeseburger patty with onions and ketchup instead of the Thousand Island Dressing they put on their regular burgers. Protein style is without a bun, and served in lettuce leaves. I peeled off a lot of the lettuce and ate about 1/2 the 1/4 pound patty.
