Tuesday, what ya eat? Post it..

Breakfast: egg beater 1/4 cup
Lunch: 1oz tuna & 3 ritz crackers reduced fat
Dinner: Turkey Spam 2 oz...no idea if it's a good choice but it says "SPAM Oven Roasted Turkey contains 100% white, lean turkey" probably too much sodium. Good thing sodium isn't fattening
Snack roasted edamame
Protein: only one shake
fluids: 40oz
vits? for the 1st time ever forgot at work and just taking some now
Hey Deb, here's my Tuesday.
B: Coffee w/ SF creamer
Less Sugar Oatmeal - about half a serving
S: a few peanuts, 5 I think.
L: The inside of a small chicken pot pie. I finished about 1/2.
S: 15 edamame
D: 1 ounce pork roast, 1 tablespoon of baby roasted potato, teaspoon of cooked spinach.
S: Cozy Shack SF tapioca pudding.
3 prunes
1 mile Walk Away the Pounds tape.
32 ounces of water.
All vitamins.
