Mondays food intake

Half a hamburger patty with mustard and ketchup taste of potatoe salad (it had onions in it and i was like YUCK) half of crab patty and a few fries A little gingerale to help me burp! fluid trying to get to 40 oz all my vitamins............

break-eggbeaters and cheese 2oz water,water lunch-ham and cream cheese rollup s-unjury protein water dinner-pork loin 1oz-3 bites of cheesy potatoes-2tsp of baked beans water before bed-unjury again 40 oz of water i just cant get it all in.....i get so full deb you seem to be doing great!!!

I dont feel like I am doing great. I try and try to get this water in..but ughh and I dont like crystal light and I dont like flavored waters. I am very limited.

Breakfast - few very small bites of Hormel Kids Cheesy beef and Mac Lunch - almost half of a red baron mini breakfast pizza with sausage, cheese and egg Dinner - 4 small bites of Bushs homestyle chili with 3 crackers Having a very hard time with liquids - flavored drinks dont taste good to me or are toooo swee****er is getting old. most of the time I dont want to eat or drink anything!! Help!!!!

I LIKE THEM & STILL DON'T GET ALL MY FLUIDS IN ALL THE TIME ... SO, AT LEAST YOU HAVE A REASON, MS DEB ... ME, I JUST GET FOCUSED ON DOING SOMETHING & TOTALLY FORGET TO DRINK ... UHHH-DAUHHH ... OLD TIMERS' SYNDROME!!!!!!! HERE'S TO LIFTIN' ANOTHER ONE DAWN & NICK
