B - 1/4 c healthy choice cereal w 1/4 c milk S - Protein drink (35 grams protein) L - Mozarella cheese stick (the actual cheese kind, not the breaded and fried kind). S - Protein drink (35 grams protein) D - McDonalds hamburger, no bun Vits? Yep water? who knows - I go through drive ins and get a glass with ice cause I have problems trying to drink water out of the bottle, but have no problem if I use a straw. protein? Thank god for the shakes (got in over 100 grams). Kathy

breakfast-none lunch-japanese eggplant slice covered with tofu in a tomato sauce dinner-picked at this and that at the potluck. Except for the honey basil carrots I brought, everything was either sugary or mayonnaisey (can't stand mayo). I ate a bite of everything to be polite, but mostly ate cheese (swiss, colby, and brie) with crackers. I left the room when they did desserts so I wouldn't be tempted. I have no idea how to put this all on fitday.com. vits-forgot the iron again. Stupid. water-don't know exactly, but nowhere close enough protein-no friggin clue. I think I have to consider this a lost day. There's just no way to compute my calories/carbs/protein from dinner. Sheryl

B: 1/2 piece of whole grain toast with lowfat cream cheese Hot tea with SF creamer. L: 1/2 cup spinach salad with bacon bits, cheese, HB egg and slivered almonds. YUMM. S: 1/2 Triple chocolate Power Crunch bar D: I made meat loaf. I ate about an ounce, I think. It sat well, but I got full fast. 2 tablespoons of creamed spinach. 1 tablespoon of mashed garlic potatoes. No snack last night. I stayed full! Water: 32 ounces - BAD Vits: YES, all of them.

Breakfast: 1/2 c cheerios with fresh strawberries, 1/2 sk milk Snack: Prune juice 1/2 c Lunch: Tuna salad on romaine, cuc, tomatoes, onion, carrots, gr pepper, red cabbage, with 1 tsp. lt mayo and fat free Italian dressing, canteloupe Dinner: Bush's chili con carne, apple Snack: Custard made with sk milk, splenda, 1/2 egg. Vitamins: yes Water: 64 oz Exercise: yes Calories: 900 Protein: 87 Should I be drinking the liquid protein. I just found you people. Sorry I haven't posted sooner. I am almost 10 weeks post op and by my scale, 45# down, but scale hasn't moved in two weeks? Santina
