OY! I can't even think about food right now after my Exorcist encounter with chinese food a little bit ago. (The beef was not tender and all it took was one swallow before I became Linda Blair ) I hope everyone else had a better day!

I tried not to laugh cause that had to have sucked, but that is funny - playing the exorcist at the chinese place. The bravest I've gotten at Chinese is egg drop soup. You've encouraged me not to experiment more for at least a few more weeks. Kathy

Breakfast 1/2 cup crab salad 6 crackers Lunch 1/2 cup crab salad 7 crackers Dinner That's where things went crazy because I started craving salt. It's about that time of the month. I had 9 light potatoe chips & a few pork rinds. 10 shrimp (my plan) small lobster tail (my plan) I know I won't be able to eat all of this but I have got to increase my protein. I think I'm intaking a few too many carbs. vitamins prenatal & biotin - my doctor told me today that my potassium is low so I need to start taking pills water over 64 oz protein about 45

You can get it on line at http://www.instonenutrition.com. It is put out by by Rocky himself. I really love it and along with 20 grams protein its only 100 calories.I get mine from a local vitamin store 375/283/?....Dawn

Breaky: protein drink with milk Lunch: protein bar and yogurt Snack: colby cheese/turkey pepperoni and 5 small crackers Dinner: 4 oz of cottage cheese Snack: tomato juice with unjury 772 calories 26 fat 40 carb 96 protein I still need to get in about 128 calories...I will have to choose something that has no carbs..I stay within 30-40 a day per docs suggestion....my calories were just upped because I burn off over 400 when I exercise.... I really like the stallone pudding, "considering". I wasn't crazy about the lemon, but I did ok with the vanilla and chocolate. If I mixed in a little cool whip "free", it made any off taste pretty much disappear.
