That's where things went crazy because I started craving salt. It's about that time of the month. I had 9 light potatoe chips & a few pork rinds.

I know I won't be able to eat all of this but I have got to increase my protein. I think I'm intaking a few too many carbs.

It is put out by by Rocky himself. I really love it and along with 20 grams protein its only 100 calories.I get mine from a local vitamin store

I still need to get in about 128 calories...I will have to choose something that has no carbs..I stay within 30-40 a day per docs suggestion....my calories were just upped because I burn off over 400 when I exercise....
