Ok people if you get grossed out easily DO NOT continue reading
What color is your poop?
Mine is a wierdish green, my dietician says it's the vitamins
What smell is your poop?
My poop smells bad of course like normal poop, but has this weirdish medicine smell on top of the normal stinkiness
How often are your poops?
I go like every other day or every other 2 days
Consistency???
It's sticky not firm...I am constipated 90% of the time and have a VERY hard time going, I feel like I want to go, and try but it just doesn't happen.
Am I the only one with poop problems??????????
Oh jeesh
But I have noticed strange changes as well....
Mine is like a yellowish tan color.
It smells awful, like worse than before surgery with a strange odor...
For like the first 3 weeks I had DARK greenish brown mucous poop with absolutely no smell.
Lately I have been going once a week after being "forced" (stool softners, the dreaded enema (YIKES) etc....) and usually that is only because I don't let it go much longer, its not because I have the urge to go. My Surgeon just prescibed me Lactulose, but I haven't taken it yet...
Its sticky formed.
Prior to surgery I had diarrhea for years... went like 2-3 times a week. (Irritable Bowel)
This is all probably more information than I thought I would share here
I have no idea how many carbs. I don't count anything anymore. I was making myself crazy with counting everything.
I eat protein for breakfast, about 3.5 oz depending on what it is.
I eat protein and low carb veggies for lunch, about 3.5 oz or protein and a small handful of salad mix with real dressing or 1/3-1/2 a cup of green beans.
For dinner, I eat whatever protein I fix 2.5-3.5 oz, some low carb veggie and a small bit of carb. Last night I had a mini chocolate cupcake. It was just a tiny thing, but it was good. I also had a bite of Edy's light peppermint ice cream (tasted like toothpaste).
This morning, I pooped twice with no problems at all.
Some may be alarmed that I had a cupcake. A cupcake I can handle, what calls to me is crackers slathered in peanut butter and real coke.
