Hey Keke I so look forward to your daily post. So far this week I have gone to Curves twice and I wallpapered my bathroom. 2 months ago I rode in one of the electric carts at the grocery store. Life is a true blessing, you know. I feel wonderful

I posted my workout Monday on the thread that day... I am doing 3 workouts a week at least, and for a minimum of 1.5 hours at a time. Today: 20 min. eliptical 20 min. Bike 20 min. treadmill 50 situps 30 min. weights And I have a feeling I am still going to have to shovel snow at some point today

I have gone to the gym at 6am before work. I do 45 mins on the elliptical 3x/week. and lift the other 2 days ZZ
