Wednesdays grub...post it
Breakfast: 2 lite cheese sticks
Lunch: 1/2 oz. peanuts and 1 oz. low fat cheddar (at parent's house - nothing else to eat there)
Dinner: Protein shake w/ 2 scoops Isopure Vanilla, 1/2c. skim mil**** 1 Tbsp. peanut butter, and 1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa
Protein: 86g (57 in shake - I know it might not all get absorbed, but still would put me at least at 60)
Water: only 32 oz., but am trying for at least another 24oz. before bed
Vitamins: AM yes, PM before bed
breakfast-none
lunch-3 slices low fat smoked turkey, 1 slice 2% cheese
dinner-1 egg/3 egg whites scrambled eggs w/.25 cup 2% shredded cheddar, 1/2 cup refried beans
snack-1 oz mixed almonds, cashews, mac. nuts
liquids-48 oz water, 16 oz milk
820 calories, 76 gms protein
vitamins-forgot the iron again, but took/will take the rest before bed

Breakfast: Carb Countdown Milk with Whey Protein
Lunch: Q-Smart bar and Carb Smart yogurt
Dinner: 1 oz colby cheese..turkey pepperoni and 5 whole wheat crackers
Snack: egg...2 oz of cottage cheese
Water: 88 oz of liquids
All vitamins and took the day off from the gym due to a biopsy app't this afternoon...I passed out after the biopsy and had to stay there for an hour to regain my strength....not gonna volunteer for that one again for a long, long time...lol

B: Vanilla Yogurt with strawberries and blueberries (4 of protein)
Snack: almost 2 oz of beef jerky (27 of protein)
Snack: Orange (2 of protein)
D: refried beans w/cheese, and a VERY small ground beef soft taco without all of the tortilla (20 of protein)
32 oz skim milk (16 of protein)
48 oz water (at least 16 more before I go to bed)
I only take a chewable multivitamin 2x a day, and that is done as well.
Breakfast: Hot Earl Gray tea with SF creamer
2 teaspoons of lowfat cottage cheese and chives
Snack: 10 peanuts and a glass of water.
Lunch: Chicken noodle soup and a teaspoon of peanut butter.
Snack: nothing.
Dinner: 10 shrimp with ****tail sauce
Snack: 1 Goldlite strawberry cream wafer cookie.
Water: 32 ounces. With other liquids, about 48 ounces. Not great.
Vits: Everything but the calcium. I chew it up before bed.
