Dumb Question
I do, but it's not a dumb question at all. I have yet to have a vomitting incident where I felt I could eat solids for the remainder of that day, and most often, not the next day either. So, if I am able to get anything else in, it's protein shakes. Since that means there is no possibility I'll come even close to my calories per day goal, and since I record everything in Fitday as I'm about to eat (not afterwards), I just leave it.
