Ok thought yesterday my stall was broken when i got on the scale and it said 227.5..... got on the scale this morning and it said 229.0 and i am doing everything i am supose to.... an sugestions???

Dont be so hard on yourself. A womans body changes everyday depending on what time of the month it is..water consumption etc.
Just keep eating your 60-70 grams of protein
at least 64 ounces of water
youll drop it in no time.
Kim...be patient, that always happens to me, I lose a pound gain 2, lose 3 gain one, I guess that's the way our body works. Try to weigh yoursekf once a week.
Im obsessed with the damn scale have been since i was 85 lbs at age 19... i was able to stop my other eating disorder behaviors back then but still weigh myself every day and am 33 now
