My son had a 2 hr late start because of snow today, so I had to have a very short workout (well for me anyway). I swam for 1 hr, just over a mile, then did 1 mile on the treadmill. I tried to go to Curves, but they never showed up to open the place. Sheryl 292/246/1?? I lost 2 of the 3 lbs I put on! Yeah!!!!!!!! Now nobody has to die!

I went to a different Curves closer to my house and complained that I could never get my free 2 weeks at the other place cause they were never there, and they let me have 2 free weeks there starting tonight. It's waaaayyy closer to my house, and the hours are better too. So add 1/2 hr at Curves to my workout. 800+ calories burned today. Sheryl 292/246/165 (I finally decided on a very realistic goal weight!)

I walked 30 minutes this morning. I also walked when I went to teach my night class. The classroom is a long way from the office. I did some light lifting as well!!! I'm trying to get more in but sometimes it's a struggle. Let's keep up the good work guys!!!!!
