Thoughts on this???
Deb,
I don't sweat, and it's not because I don't drink enough. I've never sweated (is that a word?). The only place I get a hint of moisture is my palms, the back of my neck, under my chest, and under my panni. And mind you, it's just a hint. I mostly get really red and splotchy. I've always been at real risk for heat stroke because I can't cool down by sweating. The lady at Curves today told me she knows when I'm working hard because I get as red as a beet. I asked the doctor about it a long long time ago and was diagnosed with anhidrosis (decreased sweating). Thyroid problems, diabetes, certain medications, and some other things all can be the cause. Dehydration is one of the causes too. The doctors have never been able to figure out what causes mine, so I just try not to get overheated and carry a thick foundation with me wherever I go in case I get all red.
