I was just curious as to how many calories you are taking in each day. I guess I want to know the approximate amount. I want to make sure I'm on track and yes I know everyone is different but I still wish to be nosey.........so humor me!!! Have a great night! keke

Up until this week, I was getting about 600 calories a day. I've been losing very slowly, and I spoke to my dietician 2 weeks ago. He said he'd like to see me up closer to 1,000 a day. I've been working on getting it up, and the last few days, I've been able to get there. Surprisingly, my losses have started to increase. I'm using Fitday, so I am now going to shoot for an average of 900 to 1000.

You know, I was going to post this exact question earlier. It seems like a lot of people say if you eat a bit more, your body won't think it's starving and the weight will come off faster. I eat 500-600 usually by tracking on fitday. I am only supposed to eat 3x a day, 3 oz. each time. I don't know how it would be possible to eat more calories unless I snacked or ate crap that was high calorie. I'm confused. Brenda

I barely have 300-500 I'm having a hard time eating Today I had 462 calories, some days I barely reach 300 and on big eating days I barely get to 600.

I'm eating about 1000/day, but as you know I went up to 1350 yesterday. My average for the month is 998/day, for the last 2 weeks it's 1030. I'm still eating only 2-4 times/day, but I can eat much more volume than most people on the board. Sheryl

I took everyones advice and went to fitday.com Calories Eaten Today source grams cals %total Total: 641 Fat: 27 240 38% Sat: 11 101 16% Poly: 4 34 5% Mono: 9 85 14% Carbs: 51 186 30% Fiber: 5 0 0% Protein: 50 200 32% Alcohol: 0 0 0% Those carbs worry me but i had one piece of whole grain wheat bread..geesh Then my hour of weightlifting burned 184 calories. That leaves me with 457 calories i didnt burn...ohh my
