Calories
Up until this week, I was getting about 600 calories a day. I've been losing very slowly, and I spoke to my dietician 2 weeks ago. He said he'd like to see me up closer to 1,000 a day. I've been working on getting it up, and the last few days, I've been able to get there.
Surprisingly, my losses have started to increase. I'm using Fitday, so I am now going to shoot for an average of 900 to 1000.
You know, I was going to post this exact question earlier. It seems like a lot of people say if you eat a bit more, your body won't think it's starving and the weight will come off faster. I eat 500-600 usually by tracking on fitday. I am only supposed to eat 3x a day, 3 oz. each time. I don't know how it would be possible to eat more calories unless I snacked or ate crap that was high calorie. I'm confused.
