Dinner: roast beef roll up with FF mayo and 2% cheese
Snack Skim milk with isopure (50grams of protein)
Protein 60-70grams

Vits? calcium 2 a day, b12, multivitamin 2 a day biotin, so i dont lose my hair, iron
I made my tofu with a recipe that I posted on here a week or two ago. It was marinated and then cooked in an Indian-spiced yogurt sauce. It added some extra flavor and protein. I do like tofu, but I have to admit that it wasn't my favorite tofu dish - still not enough flavor. My favorite way to eat tofu is at a Chinese place - with veggies and rice and a little soy sauce. Maybe someday I'll have a bite of that again.
