Tuesday Challenge
I went a little psycho today. My nice low cal/low fat birthday dinner was ruined when my family suprised me with a trip to red lobster. I figured no problem, I'll get something off the lighthouse menu (grilled fish). Well, they were out of fish!!!! I had grilled shrimp and crablegs(no butter), but also snuck in 1 roll, 5 small stuffed mushrooms, and a bite of apple pie. I had 1350 cals yesterday!!! And I gained 3 lbs!!!!!
So I went and did 1/2 hour at Curves, then went to Y and did 40 mins water aerobics (late to class cause of curves), swam 1 mile, did natilus for 50 minutes, walked 30 minutes on the treadmill (1.2 miles), and did 15 minutes on the stat bike. I don't think I'm going to be able to move tomorrow. But according to fitday.com, I burned 1316 calories. Almost my entire days worth of food for yesterday.
If those 3 lbs aren't gone tomorrow, someone's gonna die. I can't decide if it's my husband, or the stupid manager at the stupid red lobster.

I felt like you on Sunday. I went to Red Lobster too. I went again today. I ate one bisquit (today), 7 shrimp (scampi) and 1/2 of fried scallops. I tried to eat a little salad but the lettuce does not do well with my throat. As always..........you're my inspiration when it comes to exercise. I have to star****er aerobics in January. Take care and it will be ok. As much as you workout you will have lost the three you gained and then some. Take care and keep your head up!
Sheryl..
I am glad you enjoyed your birthday dinner at Red Lobster...although you paid for it dearly today...
I walked 2.6 miles...66 minutes including cool down and burned 416 calories....then I went to Wal-Mart and walked around for about 30 minutes grocery shopping..
I saw my surgeon today and they said cause I am burning a lot of calories I need to eat about 900 a day...but if I don't get in as much exercise I can eat less....desperately trying to figure out what to eat at this point....I am sure it will fall into place...I freaked out when I had to go up to 700 and now I am comfortable with that....
Keep up the great work!!!
