I challenge you to another day of 20 minutes of movement. IF you can, add in a little lifting (10 bicep curls with soup cans or weights if you have them).

I meet with my trainer today at 6pm. We will do an hour of weights..working the lower half cuz saturday we worked the upper.

I'm up and off to the gym. Today I'm eating a yogurt before I leave, so I will have a little extra umph. Then I'll be off to stand in a long line and get pictures of the kids with Santa, does frustration count as exercise?????HAHA
