Ke Ke; I meet with my trainer today at 6pm. We will do an hour of weights..working the lower half cuz saturday we worked the upper. (my trainer is sooo cute)

I'm up and off to the gym. Today I'm eating a yogurt before I leave, so I will have a little extra umph. Then I'll be off to stand in a long line and get pictures of the kids with Santa, does frustration count as exercise?????HAHA

ok you guys suck,I cant work out because of a back injury i do arm weights and physical therapy but thats it lol. they wont even let me walk
