Stall, stall...when will it end?

I don't have a scale at home...I go to my docs office on Mondays and weigh there...I always know it will be accurate and I have always lost something...I know, I know you people who like your scales..but I see you all agonizing over this and I hate that you are putting yourself through that torture....if I have had a stall I don't even know!!!

, ...well I broke the friggin stall...all the protein did the trick yesterday I guess...I am now in the 240's...249.6...but hey I will take it.......I figured out that I am losing about 5 pounds a week on a average...so instead of hating the scale..figure out your weekly average so far...I understand anything over 15 pounds a month is fast...that is from the long time people...and also figure what that 15 pounds in a year will amount to...so we can do it...and don't forget the scale is not human we are...today is my first goal...I wanted to be in the 240's by the time I went back to the doctor which will be next Wed...so yes I did it......we can do it...and if you need an extra boost with the protein drinks, do it...it can only help not hurt... Jill...you body is probabaly going through a adjust period...with all the weight you lost so fast....it is trying to play catch up...up the protein, you need it anway..PROPLEX...25 GRAMS OF PROTEIN...IN A TINY VIAL...BUY ONLINE....Proplex.com....expensive but worth it...also...we need the protein for the heart and organs...so do it...I am taking my measurements once a month also...so even if we don't lose weight...we lose inches...and then the body catches up and starts again...protein, water, protein water...you can do it Jill......go for it...
