Sunday food intake Post it
Ohh...this hasn't been a "good" day, but I'll be honest.
Breakfast: coffee with 2 oz. skim milk.
Lunch: Turkey salad (shredded turkey, onion, mayo, avacado) 3 oz.
Dinner: I don't know yet.
Snack: Protein shake made with protein power and 1/2 carton of yogurt.
Protein? About 40 grams so far (guessing)
Fluid? About 20 oz. Not enough
Vits? yes
Breakfast: Vanilla Praline Protien shake
Lunch: small slice of cheese, 1 oz of turkey w/ mayo, and two crackers
Dinner: small amount of a baked potatoe w/cheese and 1 oz of steak (chewed really, really well!)
Snack: 1 candy cane
Fluids: Diet Orange Koolaid and Water
Vits: Centrum Chewable
*** No, I don't feel guilty about eating a candy cane. It is a once in a great while treat that only comes around at Christmas. I won't have another until next year.
