Breakfast: blue bunny low carb strawberry yogart
Lunch 1 can of tuna fish mixed with fat free mayo
Dinner 1/2 of a stuffed manicotti and DONT LOOK 1 mozzarella stick
snack whey protein iso pure shake (50 grams of protein)
Protein? approx 75 grams
Fluid? im only at about 45 fluid ounces
Vits? absolutely
Oh....I did bad bad bad today. The food at the Christmas party was really yummy and I wanted to try a little bit of most of it.
breakfast-none
lunch-1/2 whole wheat pita filled with 3 slices lowfat ham
dinner-small chicken breast (no skin), small piece of swiss steak, .25 cup pasta salad, 1 bite peas, .25 cup green bean casserole, few bites of mashed potatoes, 1 tiny piece of brownie, .25 cup of mixed nuts (nuts and brownie were about 1 hr later).
protein-84 gms
fluid-36 so far, and am drink a 20 oz bottle right now.
Vits-forgot my iron pill at noon.
According to fitday, only 1100 calories (45% of them from fat...yikes! It was the stupid nuts), but I feel like I ate way more than that. Worst part is, they must've used a lot of salt and I couldn't wait the full 1/2 hr before getting some water (only about 15 minutes). Now it's 3 hrs later and I'm hungry again. GRRRRR. I will not eat no matter what. I'm going to be starved in the morning.
