Saturday Movement/Exercise
Hey Keke,
Today I was inspired by a 3 lb overnight drop to drag my butt into the gym on a (gasp) Weekend! I swam the 1 mile I didn't have time for yesterday and I finished up the weight training from yesterday (20 min). Plus I'm going to a buffet Christmas party tonight where my only 2 choices are swiss steak or skin on roasted chicken (made with oil). I need the exercise to counter my dinner.
Yesterday was DH's b-day and I didn't have cake. Yeah me!
