Hey Keke, Today I was inspired by a 3 lb overnight drop to drag my butt into the gym on a (gasp) Weekend! I swam the 1 mile I didn't have time for yesterday and I finished up the weight training from yesterday (20 min). Plus I'm going to a buffet Christmas party tonight where my only 2 choices are swiss steak or skin on roasted chicken (made with oil). I need the exercise to counter my dinner. Yesterday was DH's b-day and I didn't have cake. Yeah me! Sheryl 292/246/1??

I'm so proud of you. I'm going to a Christmas gathering tonight too. I made meatballs but we're having ham, turkey, & roast beef platter, tuna salad, potatoe salad, wings, deviled eggs, chips & dip, and a few other things. I'm going to have to be careful. Have a great night! Keke

KEKE I met with my trainer for an hour this morning ...wohooo . hes hot! We worked on upper body. He said my chest and back are strong but my arms are week. Then I did 20 minutes on the tread mill. Im feeling great..tired..but still great. I see him again on Tuesday. YAY~
