My new rule -- '40 by 4' works!
Hi everybody!
My self-imposed rule is working -- I call it '40 by 4' -- 40 ounces of liquid by 4 p.m.
It's been pretty easy to get in all my fluids for the past week. Figure two protein drinks, chicken broth and water (various kinds).
After the '40 by 4' it's easy to get in the rest - 24+ by the time I go to bed. In fact, I go over the 64 -- and it's usually been 80!

I need to try that one too. It's so hard somedays to get it all in. It's weird because I have some days where I can drink well over 64oz with no effort at all, and others where I'm lucky to even get close to 64. Hopefully I'll adjust a little better soon.
