Post it - what did ya eat today?
So far.......
Breakfast- Raspberry yogurt with some wheat germ mixed in, and a small piece of chocolate fudge protein bar.
Lunch- 1/4 whole wheat tortilla w/ turkey, cheese & mayo, and some bean soup.
Snack- 1/3 of a chocolate fudge protein bar.
Fluids- Lipton cold brew iced tea w/ Splenda, Crystal Light lemonade.
Vitamins- B-50 complex, multivitamin, and 1/2 of my calcium for the day.
Dinner- planning on having peas/carrots, small piece of meatloaf, and a small piece of cheese.
Snack- protein shake.
break- 3oz eggbeaters and cheese and a slice of ham
water 16oz
lunch-1\2 cp veggie soup- with cheese
water 16oz
snack-unjury protein shake 20gms
dinner-2oz of chicken with guacomole on top and cheese
water-10oz.
and another protein drink maybe
i just can't eat but about 3 bites and im full. Vickie r.

Lunch: grilled cheese samwhich with with 2% cheese and 12 grain bread
Dinner: 2 ounces of honey mustard baked chicken
Snack: thinkin about cottage cheese..havent decided yet
Fluids? only at about 40 ounces so far
Protein? ill have to have an isopure to be caught up today
Vitamins? Always
Breakfast: 3 oz. oatmeal w/ 1oz. skim milk
Lunch:3.5oz. Yogurt
Dinner: 3 oz. Wendy's chili w/ 15 oyster crackers (may have been too many crackers
Snack:none
Fluids? Approximately 30oz and trying to get in 20 more b/4 bed
Protein? Not sure. I haven't looked up the amounts yet. This is always hard for me. Right now I'm on soft foods and I'm hoping this will get better when I graduate to all foods. Can't stand the protein shakes.
Vitamins? So far about half of them. Working on getting the rest down b/4 bed.

Lunch: 1/2 c mshd pot, 1/2 c broccoli, 2 oz chicken, 1 oz cheese
Dinner: 1/2 c chili, 14 g. colby/jack
Snack: 6 oz Stalone choc/vanilla mixed pudding
Fluids? Always - 70 - 77 oz/day distilled water
Protein? 66.75 grms
Vitamins? chewable pre-natal w/ iron. Out of powdered calcium. Waiting for it to come in the mail.
