Tuesdays food intake - post it :)
B- 1 small turkey sausage link,
2 oz total protein cereal with about an ounce of milk and protein powder
1/4 banana, 1 strawberry, 3 blackberries and one cube of melon (took about an hour and a half at work to eat all that... but it goes down smooth that way)
L- Weigh****chers entree (peppered beef and mashed potatoes)
D- a bite of chicken cacciatore (wasn't making the pouch happy)
S- 1/4 banana with peanut butter
Hi there...thanks for posting this...here goes my daily diet.....Breakfast, Protein low fat hot cocoa, 12 grams of protein, snack protein drink made with light soy milk, 1 inch of banana, 2 small slices of cantelope mixed in the protein drink. Lunch 1 slice of deli ham, with some cream cheese spread in it and rolled up...snack....1 small inch piece of sharp cheese...dinner...Mexican food...yummy...1 very small cheese enchilada and a few tastes of refried beans...all went down fine...all med. and vitamins in...water for the day...wow for me...107oz. of water...calories about 700 give or take...
