Tuesdays food intake - post it :)
B - 1 oz. cottage cheese
L - 3 oz. vegetable soup
D- 3 oz. chocolate pudding
10 oz. skim milk
1 pkg. swiss miss hot chocolate
4 oz. water (so far. trying to get more down)
I'm still having a hard time getting much down and not doing well with protein and fluids. I wanted to get 3 oz. of cottage cheese down but after 1 oz. my chest started hurting and I could tell it was having a hard time going down, so I stopped eating so it wouldn't get worse.
For the vegetable soup it took me about an hour and a half to get the 3oz. down. I decided to go real light for dinner so as not to irritate my pouchie.

L- 1/2c beef stew
S- 2 Jenny Craig Gingerbread cookies w/ 1/2c skim milk
D- salad w/ 2oz chicken and some light ranch dressing
S- 2 more JC cookies

B'FAST:Carnation Instant Breakfast mixed with 10 oz decaf, 1 sweetener and 3 packets creamer
LUNCH:1 mozzerela string cheese
1 oz. deli turkey
another carnation breakfast w/coffee
THROUGH OUT THE DAY: 1 cup Soy chips (sour cream flavor)
20 oz water
DINNER: .30 cup baked chix breast
.20 cup whole wheat rice
1 sugar free peanut butter cookie made with soy flour...I just made them, I'll tell you how they are.
