Breakfast 1 egg with cottage cheese and cinnamon Lunch Wendys chili only about 1/4 Dinner potato soup mixed with tofu and chicken Snack Blue bunny low carb freedom strawberry yogart up to 50 ounces of water..yay..slow but sure

B - 1 oz. cottage cheese L - 3 oz. vegetable soup D- 3 oz. chocolate pudding 10 oz. skim milk 1 pkg. swiss miss hot chocolate 4 oz. water (so far. trying to get more down) I'm still having a hard time getting much down and not doing well with protein and fluids. I wanted to get 3 oz. of cottage cheese down but after 1 oz. my chest started hurting and I could tell it was having a hard time going down, so I stopped eating so it wouldn't get worse. For the vegetable soup it took me about an hour and a half to get the 3oz. down. I decided to go real light for dinner so as not to irritate my pouchie.

I haven't been able to keep anything down until tonight (chicken does not agree with me at all). I hate three or four bites of crab stuffed salmon and that stayed down. Other than that.................a popsicle. Keke

B'FAST:Carnation Instant Breakfast mixed with 10 oz decaf, 1 sweetener and 3 packets creamer LUNCH:1 mozzerela string cheese 1 oz. deli turkey another carnation breakfast w/coffee THROUGH OUT THE DAY: 1 cup Soy chips (sour cream flavor) 20 oz water DINNER: .30 cup baked chix breast .20 cup whole wheat rice 1 sugar free peanut butter cookie made with soy flour...I just made them, I'll tell you how they are. vitamins Calories: 634 still not enough

Let's see.. B- countdown milk ff with whey protein powder 8oz L-2 oz of cheese with 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter S-Q-Smart bar a new product from Quaker D-2 oz cottage cheese and 2 eggs boiled but only the egg whites.. 88 oz of water and all my vits.. Jenn

Violet... they have 10 grams of protein and I did chew very, very well..but overall I felt like I was eating a granola bar...I love granola bars!!!! Jenn
