Added in carbs, broke stall
After a 12 day stall, I added in some carbs Tuesday evening. Next morning, the scale finally moved. Repeated that yesterday, again the scale was down.
I was sssoooo focused on LOW carb that I wasn't getting in enough calories and I was in starvation mode. Now the carbs I have added in ( in addition to my 60+ grams of protein) are SF applesauce, other fruits, and eventually I will add in whole grain pasta. I am now doing the new WW program which focuses on lean meats, vegetables, fruits and complex, whole grain carbs. My dr. wants me to follow a balanced eating plan from all the food groups.
I will admit though that what broke my stall was a piece of the WW chocolate raspberry cake from Applebees. I ate about 3/4 of it while my family was enjoying my daughter;s birthdy cake.
