Good going...my scale is sitting doing nada and bounceing around with one pound...waiting for it to take the plunge...don't forget you may not be losing weight...but you will be losing inches...so take those measurements...and measure once a month...you will be amazed...don't fret it will come off..we are not eating enough to fill a baby bird's mouth...my daily intake today was as follows...Breakfast protein drink..with 1/4 of banana mixed in it...snack sugar free/low fat yogart....snack protein drink..lunch crab/tuna salad over some cottage cheese...could not fini**** left about two bites...ate it about 3:00 PM....dinner was refried beans with cheese, a few bites of salmon from yesterday...which I could not finish...and a few pieces of cantelope..the first fruit...yummy...snack will be sugar free pudding...meds..yes, vitamins of course...water 100 oz...and working on 25 more...till later...Dennis
