What am I doing wrong??????????

I am so frustrated!! I have only lost 32lbs(20 pounds the first week). I am exercising EVERYDAY. I am still eating soft food, so I am eating a lot of fish and eggs. I have to admit that I have only been getting in about 42oz of water a day.....but, come on!!!! What am I doing wrong? ~~Diamond~~

Diamond I was feeling the same way as you...I think we're not drinking enough water... I started drinking and lost a pound!! We can do it!! Let's get some water in us! Diamond we'd love to see your face..post a pic.

Yep == it's the water -- it will flush out the fats and toxins. Make sure you get in enough protein and concentrate on the water and exercise. Hugs! SHeryl

Diamond Girl I know where your coming from.I am wondering what I have been doing wrong too.I drink plenty of water and get my protien in but I`m still not losing that much.Everyone tells me that each person loses in their own way.Just keep up the good work you have been doing and it will keep coming off.Keep me posted on how your doing.. I understand your frustration. I'm trying to up my fluids too. We can do this. I only lost 10 in the last three weeks and I was disappointed when I went to my surgeonon Monday but he told me not to compare myself to others. I think we're all almost on the same page. We just have to keep supporting each other and get this weight off!! Keke
