Whatcha eat yesterday: Accountability

Breakfast: Quaker Q-Smart Bar (Cranberry & Almond) (10 g. Protein)
Usually have a meal here, but didn't get it in...
Lunch: Lean Cuisine Meatloaf and Mashed Pots. (20 Protein)
Meal/Snack: Protein Shake (20 Protein)
Dinner: Roly Poly Turkey and Swiss low carb roll up (20+ Protein)
I got home at 8:30 last night and had to get the kids ready for bedtime, so I did not get in an extra meal.
Fluids: about 40 too if that !!!!!!! I have been really good about it lately, too. I am paying for it today because I can't even get my wedding ring on without wetting my hand first.

Brkfst: 1/4 cup of scrambled eggs with turkey chorizo..!! very yummy!
Snack: Protein shake
Lunch: Tuna Sashimi (raw Fish) 1/4 cup
Dinner: 1 chicken taco in Tijuana...I didn't eat the tortilla just the chicken in the taco which was chicken breast...and some whole pinto beans.. 1/4 cup chicken more or less
Vitamins: I never have misssed any
Fluids: 48oz I am doing really bad in this area
Exercise: None!!

lunch-4 oz chicken salad
dinner-cajun grilled shrimp, steamed broccoli, few bites of mashed potatoes
snack-fresh fruit (honeydew, cantalope, grapes)
snack-milk w/unjury because I was low on protein
900 calories, 80 gms protein
vitamins-yes
exercise-1 hr water aerobics, 1 mile lap swim, 1 full nautalis circuit, 1/2 mile on treadmill, sit ups. 1006 calories burned.

Breakfast: Cheese & deli ham (but vomitted it up)
Lunch: Black beans & rice (but vomitted it up)
Dinner: jambalya with no rice (I managed to keep this down)
I have no idea what was wrong with me. It wasn't dumping my pouch just wanted to be grumpy.
Fluids 45 oz.
Protein: around 30 grams: get this.......my doctor told me not to worry about the amount of protein that I intake. He said to eat protein but don't worry about trying to get a certain amount in. He still doesn't want me to eat veggies yet. He wants to make sure I get in my vitamins and my 128 oz of fluids (so I can float away).
Breakfast : 1/2 of Power Protein Cookie (from a sampler of protein bars I ordered - haven't tried others yet) 14g protein
Lunch: 3 oz. FF refried beans with FF shredded cheese and FF sour cream
Dinner: 1 light string cheese stick, hot chocolate made with protein powder and skim milk
Total protein: 66g
Calories: 540
Fluids: about 50 oz. - not my best day

I don't remember yesterday, but here's today:
Breakfast: 1/2 c cottage cheese, herbal tea
Snack: 1 cup milk, 1 oz ham
Lunch: 1/2 cup tomato soup w/cheese raviolis and bits of cooked veggies, 1 c milk
Snack: 1/2 can tuna w/lite mayo, lowfat ritz crackers, crystal light
Dinner: ground turkey w/pasta sauce & small amount of pasta; 1 cup milk
Snack: sugarfree popsicle, herbal tea
Protein: about 70
Liquid: plenty
Exercise: light walking, playing w/my kids; surgeon says no serious exercise yet
It was a GOOD DAY! And I got in my protein without having to drink a protein beverage. Hip hip hooray!
